Whole Intelligence for School Excellence
Rosemounts Edge™ | Grade 11 & Grade 12 Cohort Intelligence | July 2026
Dear Principal,
Four assessments — RIASEC interests, Schwartz Values (PVQ), 16 PAA™ personality factors, 9 DAT+M™ skills — synthesised into one working document for your 105 students (25 Grade 11 + 80 Grade 12). The Start Here box above carries the actions; this section carries the evidence-level headlines.
What you need to know immediately:
7 students need priority attention (RED) — using the Rosemounts Well-Being rule (four or more personality scores at Sten 3 or below): Student 52 (G11, 8 low scores), Student 102 (G11, 7 low scores), Student 03 (G12, 7 low scores), Student 66 (G11, 5 low scores), Student 65 (G11, 4 low scores), Student 71 (G12, 4 low scores), Student 72 (G12, 4 low scores). All seven are realistic to see individually within a fortnight. A further 33 students are AMBER (2–3 low scores) — group interventions and termly review; 65 are GREEN.
Calm Under Pressure (Emotional Steadiness) is the cohort-level concern — 22 students score 3 or below (full list in Priorities). With 80 of your students facing boards and admissions this year, this justifies a structured programme, not case-by-case handling.
18 students show a stream–interest mismatch (of the 51 whose stream is on record) — mostly Commerce students whose strongest interests are Social, Artistic or hands-on Realistic. For Grade 12s this shapes how they position applications; for Grade 11s the conversation window is still open. Named list in Priorities.
How this cohort compares: against a comparable Rosemounts partner-school cohort (n=34), your students are notably more people-oriented (Social 76.9 vs 69.3) and hands-on (Realistic 69.3 vs 62.3), and much less lab-investigative (63.8 vs 83.6) — this is a builders-and-people cohort, and career exposure should reflect that.
How to lead this cohort: the values profile is unambiguous — high Independence (66.9) and Adventure (61.9) against floor-level Tradition (24.9) and Respecting Rules (41.1). Top-down, "because I said so" instructions will bounce off these students. They respond to buy-in: explain the why, give real-world relevance, offer choices inside boundaries. This applies to discipline, study-hour rules and career guidance alike — and it is why the counselling model (reflection, not prescription) fits this school.
Data completeness: 105 of 111 eligible students are in this report. The remaining six had incomplete or no assessment data at the time of reporting. A small number of students preferred not to be identified by gender. Academic marks are not yet integrated — the marks pipeline arrives next term and will add term-on-term trajectories.

This is a strongly hands-on builders cohort — Realistic (R) leads the RIASEC profile at 69.3% average. 33 students have it as their primary interest.
This report follows The Gardener's Way™ philosophy: every student is a unique seed requiring personalised conditions to flourish. Use Manan™ (the floating button at bottom-right) to ask real-time questions about any student or the whole cohort.
What this means for your school: Most of your students are Hands-On Builders — Realistic (R) leads with 33 students as their primary interest.

What this means for parent conversations: Your cohort is strongly Self-Directed (66.9%) and values Ambition (60.3%). Tradition (24.9%) and Conformity (41.1%) are the lowest values, which means many students will push back against “because that's how it's done” reasoning from parents.

Reading this heatmap: Every cell shows the confirmed PAA™ Sten score. Scores 1–3 (red) need support, 4–6 (amber) are developing, 7–10 (green) are strengths.
Self-Belief (SA): 14 students score 3 or below: Student 03 (2), Student 15 (3), Student 17 (3), Student 25 (2), Student 48 (3), Student 52 (2). Monitor and support.
Calm Under Pressure (ES): 22 students score 3 or below: Student 03 (3), Student 17 (3), Student 21 (3), Student 25 (3), Student 31 (2), Student 44 (2). This is your top priority for intervention.
Social Ease (SC): 19 students score 3 or below: Student 02 (3), Student 03 (3), Student 08 (2), Student 21 (3), Student 28 (3), Student 32 (3). Monitor and support.
Grit & Drive (DD): 13 students score 3 or below: Student 06 (3), Student 07 (3), Student 08 (3), Student 22 (3), Student 27 (2), Student 54 (2). Monitor and support.

Emotional Maturity (ER): 13 students score 3 or below: Student 03 (2), Student 18 (2), Student 27 (1), Student 47 (3), Student 64 (1), Student 65 (3). Monitor and support.
What the skills data tells you: This radar chart shows the cohort average across all 16 PAA™ personality factors. Higher scores indicate areas of natural strength.
Grouped by each student's top career recommendation. Every chip opens the student's full report. Use this view for planning career-exposure visits, guest speakers and elective demand.
Recommendations span several families — not a problem, but these students benefit most from career-exposure breadth before narrowing.
Method note: RED/AMBER/GREEN uses the Rosemounts Well-Being rule — RED = 4+ personality scores at Sten 3 or below; AMBER = 2–3; GREEN otherwise. Consistent with the Well-Being Intelligence Report.
Owner: counselling team. Ranked by number of low scores. Student 52 and Student 102 (G11) carry the heaviest profiles; the four G12s should be seen before application season peaks.
Their strongest interests point away from their chosen stream. This is NOT a verdict — it flags a conversation. Grade 12 (17): too late to change stream; use it to position applications toward the interest side of their subjects.
Grade 11 (1): the window is still open.
Based on the 51 students whose stream is recorded in their report. Owner: class teachers + counselling team at PTM.
Owner: pastoral lead. A structured stress-management series timed BEFORE pre-boards, with the G12 subset first.
Nearly two-thirds of the cohort is GREEN. Use them: peer mentors in the Ambassadors programme, student leadership for career-exposure events, and G12 GREEN students as visible calm anchors during exam season.
